Return & Refunds
At Diyhobbykit, all our items are genuine and are collected directly from the manufacturers or their authorized distributors. Before the shipping, we ensure to do rigorous quality checks, thereby we eliminate any chances of affected products.
We also wish that our customers never cancel or return the products. At the same time, we would be always there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances.
Note: We only replace/ refund wrong products and products that are found to be defective or damaged under certain conditions.
Diyhobbykit accepts returned products under the following cases:
· The product ordered and received were incorrect in quantity or size or number
· The product was found to be leaking, damaged, or broken
· The product’s expiry date was found to be nearing or has already expired and can no longer be used
The issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Once we receive back the item from you through courier, we will inspect the defect and will ship the right product as per your initial order.
We do not accept the return if it was in perfect condition and still you had a change of mind after the delivery. In case, you have not received the parcel by the given date, kindly contact us immediately so that we can check whether the postal address was correct. If it was found to be wrong from your side, Diyhobbykit won’t be able to compensate for your loss.
The item needs to be returned in the same condition as you received it. If you request a refund then kindly note that we will pay you with only the original price of the product at the time you ordered them and this does not include handling, packing, and shipping charges.
This won't be taking a long time, however, your credit card company may take about two weeks to reflect the refund amount. If you observe for a longer time, then you will have to talk to the concerned authorities to solve the issue.
