I am having trouble accessing your website?

If you face trouble in accessing our website, you may want to refresh your browser. If you still face the issue, please make sure that you have a stable internet connection. If you are able to connect but still can't access it, you may need to clean out your cookies, caches, or temporary internet files.


What is the estimated time of your delivery?

Diyhobbykit normally follows two shipping types as Registered and DHL shipment method. The former is default and takes normally a week for the delivery, while the latter has to be explicitly selected by you and takes 2 to 3 days but is a bit costlier compared to the other one.


Where can I track my orders?

You can log into your Diyhobbykit account and track your orders in the “My Orders” section. You will also get an email with the tracking details once your order is shipped.


Can I amend the orders?

Once the order is being placed we cannot make changes in the products.


Is my personal information secure?

Yes, we use the latest security and encryption techniques to ensure your personal information’s safety. We do not sell your information to third-parties and will only provide for the delivery to the delivery agent temporarily.


What if I forget my password for login?

To request a new password, go to forgot password under the login section and enter your email address and select submit. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
