Here we explain the rules and regulations that Diyhobbykit follows for the dispatching and delivery of the packages to the respective customers on time without any hassle. We request everyone to go through this section carefully to avoid problems later on.
Delivery Type and Time:
While we will try our best to dispatch products as soon as possible, we normally follow the following two shipping methods:
1. Registered shipment: this gets selected by default and will need around a week to deliver the parcel.
2. DHL shipment: this needs to be selected by the customer while ordering the product and it warrants a delivery within 2 to 3 days and is a bit costlier than the Registered shipment.
All our orders will be processed only during business days, so in case if you order something for a weekend or a holiday, then it will be processed on the coming working day.
Unfortunately, this cannot be made within an order. You are required to place different orders along with each address. Multiple shipments can be done to one address by placing the required quantity of the item or by adding different items to the cart and do the check out together.
During the Delivery
We expect your/ someone’s presence at your doorstep during the parcel's arrival time. Upon nobody’s presence during that time, the package will be kept around for few more days in the post/courier office for which you will have to show up to claim the ownership.
Note that the shipping cost only involves the transmission from our warehouse to your state or country alone. You might have to pay extra fees upon receiving the package from the office, denial of which might bring conflicts and they might never hand over the package to you. In such cases, Diyhobbykit cannot be blamed
Circumstances Difficult for Delivery
There may be certain situations such as natural calamities like earthquakes, floods, or political issues such as curfew, riots, etc. that are uncontrollable and impossible to manage at that time and which might affect the delivery of your item. We normally will wait for some time till everything comes to normal which is least likely, so we would mostly refund your money in full.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be a delay with the orders. We hope you understand the delays caused and expect your cooperation.
